The placement includes one editorially reviewed external link added to relevant content on Vegas Aces. All sponsored links follow current search engine best practices. The anchor text has to be relevant and tie back to the article in a meaningful way.

Payment Process

Paypal is the preferred form of payment. We do not accept crypto as a form of payment. Once the payment has been made, the product will be live within 24 hours. Payment must be made up front.

FAQ

We will only pay after the product is live.

Unfortunately, we will only do this if we are paid upfront. We have had too many times where we post the product and then we are not paid. We had to chase people for months (longest was 6 months) before we were paid.

After experiencing this more times than not, our company adopted a policy that requires us to be paid before we make the article or link live. Again, we will no longer accept payment after the article or link is posted. Only before. As soon as we receive payment, we will make the product live within 24 hours.

As you can see, by the numerous guest posts that we have on our website, that we are true to our word. We will post your product as soon as we are paid.

If you would like, we can add a legal note in our invoice that says "If the product is not live within 24 hours, we will give you a 100% full refund."

If this is a deal breaker, we completely understand.

We stand firm on this policy.

We must be paid upfront, no exceptions.

We will not budge on this policy.

The reason why is because, the product is views and engagement. If a client doesn't pay, they still get the views and engagement during the time that their link or article is live. We operate like 99% of businesses around the world. Payment is made and then the client gets the product.

If you are not able to pay up front, then unfortunately, it looks like we won't be able to work together.

What is your process?

Here is our process:

  • Product is sent for review

    • We will either:
      • Accept it

      • Make changes & send it back for approval

      • Once the product is approved we will continue to payment

  • Payment

    • PayPal
      • We will send you a PayPal Invoice.

      • Payment must be made first.

  • Once the invoice is paid, the product will be made live within 24 hours

    • We will email you a link once it's live

What are your Editorial Standards?

To protect readers and maintain search quality, all sponsorships must meet the following guidelines:

  • Content must be relevant to casino gaming, education, travel, or the gaming industry

  • No misleading claims, guarantees, or deceptive practices

  • No spam, link schemes, or keyword stuffing

  • All sponsored placements are clearly disclosed

We reserve the right to decline partnerships that do not align with our editorial standards.

Do you index your Guest Posts?

We index our new articles and changes to our articles automatically. As soon as they are published.

However, just a heads up, Google indexes articles on a schedule, so it can take 1-2 weeks to index.

From Google: "Crawling can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. [...] Requesting a crawl does not guarantee that inclusion in search results will happen instantly or even at all. Our systems prioritize the fast inclusion of high quality, useful content."

If you need more information about how this works:

Google FAQs

No, we do not offer banner ads or pop-up ads.

No, we do not accept backlinks. All placements are editorially reviewed and published with transparency.

No, we will not insert extra html code on our website.

No, we do not place Link Insertions on our homepage.

The Guest Post will be on our homepage under "What's New" and then it will move to either our "Articles" page or under the appropriate game in our "Courses" page.

Do you have any other websites?

No, we do not have any other websites. www.Vegas-Aces.com is our only website.

Will you write our Guest Post?

Yes, however, we charge an additional $100 for this service.

Are the Guest Posts labeled as "Sponsored"?

Just to be clear, we mark all our sponsored articles as sponsored content. This is located at the bottom of the article. Again, we do disclose which articles are sponsored content as we want to remain as honest and open about that to our readers as possible. We will not budge on this. If this is a dealbreaker, we completely understand.

We don't want the article to be labeled as "Sponsored". Would you be willing to take the Sponsored tag off?

We will not budge on this. If this is a dealbreaker, we completely understand. We mark all our sponsored articles as sponsored content.

The sponsored text is located all the way at the bottom of the page, past the related articles section.

Sponsored articles are clearly disclosed to readers. Any sponsored links are handled in accordance with current search engine guidelines.

Here are some examples so you can see what our Sponsored tag looks like. It is at the bottom of the page:

Tips That Work for Casino Card Games

Blackjack Strategy Guide: Top Tips for Cutting the House Edge

If you don't want a Sponsored Tag, you can get a link insertion, which is not tagged, however, a link insertion only lasts for 1 year or 12 months, before it needs to be renewed for $250.

But having a "Sponsored" tag will negatively impact Google rankings and SEO!

No, it won't. It has a positive impact. Including a clear “sponsored content” disclosure does not impact SEO or reduce a page’s authority. In fact, Google expects transparency around paid or sponsored articles. Google views proper disclosures as a trust and quality signal. Clearly labeling sponsored content protects both the publisher and the brand, supports long-term search performance, and helps maintain credibility with readers. Sponsored articles can still rank well in search when they provide valuable, informative content and follow best practices for link attribution.
