Vegas Aces uses Google tags to implement and support Google Analytics measurement.
Our current use of Google tags is for analytics and website measurement. We do not currently use Google Ads or Google tags for personalized or behavioral advertising.

Email Newsletter
Visitors may voluntarily subscribe to the Vegas Aces email newsletter.
Our newsletter signup requests your email address. Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Kit, a third-party email marketing service.
New subscribers are sent a confirmation email and must confirm their subscription before becoming a confirmed subscriber.
Kit processes subscriber information on our behalf to manage the mailing list and deliver emails.
Kit also provides email engagement analytics. These technologies may allow us to determine information such as whether an email was delivered or opened and whether a link within an email was clicked. Email opens may be measured through a small tracking image or similar technology.
We use this information to understand newsletter engagement, manage our mailing list, and improve our communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in our emails.

Vegas Aces does not control how Spreadshop independently collects or processes information through its services.
