I want to take a minute to say thank you, very much. Back around May of 2013, I asked you a few questions, which you quickly responded to. I also studied your Blackjack videos day in and day out, learning everything you taught. Then, I went through Blackjack school and I stood out from everyone else in the class (again, thanks to your training videos). I was the first to audition out and got hired. I want you to know that what you have put out on the internet for people to have free access to, really does work and has made a HUGE difference in my life. You are a blessing and I am forever thankful to you. Thank you so much.

I just wanted to write again and say thank you for all of the videos you put up, it gave me a great head start before deciding to pursue dealing at the casino I work for and before taking the dealing course. Well, last week we had our auditions and I passed... Thank you for your videos, they are a great help and fun to watch. Thank you for the time and effort you put into your videos. It's greatly appreciated.

Dealing in a casino is a skill. You have to be able to handle chips, cards, different games, and sometimes difficult players. It is not easy, and takes a lot of practice to be good. You are not in it alone. Heather and her team put out a lot of great videos to help people get ready to start a casino career. Keep up the great work!

I've seen Heather on various YouTube Gaming-related videos but never realized about the website! This is a fantastic website! Lots of great info and as a former casino dealer, it's a pleasure to read through!

I just want to say thank you for making great videos! [They] have been very helpful in my learning process thank you! ... I got the job! I start on June 1st thank you for all of your videos!

Heather and the team at Vegas Aces have been outstanding, fantastic and extremely professional in assisting me with my new casino game. They have been amazing to deal with during these tough times with restrictions and have been extremely prompt with comunications considering the challenging time zone difference. I highly recommend Heather and Vegas Aces for absolutely any and everything to do with the casino industry. Can't wait to begin my next adventure with them.

I wanted to email you to compliment you on not only your professionalism, but your kindness as well. Throughout my time here at CSN, I have never had an employer be as thoughtful, professional, honest, and responsive as you have been. In my opinion, you are the embodiment of professionalism and grace. Thank you very much.

Your website is a wealth of information that I wish I had come across before going to dealing school- probably would have saved me $1,000!
