I got a job as a dealer with a casino in the United Kingdom after watching these videos. Awesome vid... Cheers!

I passed my audition! Your blackjack training video was of a great help and helped me finish at the top of my school. I must have watched it at least 20 times. Thank you so much for making it available free of charge.

Vegas Aces! You helped me get a job dealing which changed my life in a really positive way. Thanks!

I absolutely LOVE your website and your videos! I have learned so much about the dealing aspects of Blackjack. I love the pacing of your videos. It really keeps your attention and your humor is bar none!

Dealing in a casino is a skill. You have to be able to handle chips, cards, different games, and sometimes difficult players. It is not easy, and takes a lot of practice to be good. You are not in it alone. Heather and her team put out a lot of great videos to help people get ready to start a casino career. Keep up the great work!

I want to take a minute to say thank you, very much. Back around May of 2013, I asked you a few questions, which you quickly responded to. I also studied your Blackjack videos day in and day out, learning everything you taught. Then, I went through Blackjack school and I stood out from everyone else in the class (again, thanks to your training videos). I was the first to audition out and got hired. I want you to know that what you have put out on the internet for people to have free access to, really does work and has made a HUGE difference in my life. You are a blessing and I am forever thankful to you. Thank you so much.

Thank you from the UNLV and ICGR for another amazing presentation! The feedback was incredibly positive and we appreciate what you do!

I wanted to email you to compliment you on not only your professionalism, but your kindness as well. Throughout my time here at CSN, I have never had an employer be as thoughtful, professional, honest, and responsive as you have been. In my opinion, you are the embodiment of professionalism and grace. Thank you very much.
