Shuffling with Large Hands
I’ve gotten a lot of comments from viewers about my shuffling techniques.
I didn't realize that my hands are petite and I might have to shuffle differently then some men who have larger hands. Women hands are more flat when they shuffle while men’s hands are more like claws.
Now, remember that when shuffling with large hands, it’s important to spread your fingers and only use the pinkie and pointer fingers to actually hole the deck into place.
The thumbs will lift the corners of the deck and let the cards fall into place. Typically the other fingers will not be doing anything during this time. When you push in the deck, do it slowly so it won’t struggle against you. Watch the video above for a demonstration!
